The aim of this project proposal is to establish a One-Stop-Shop for registration of business in Bosansko-podrinjski Canton Gorazde, which would function within the ALDI Business-Resource Center . Within its activities in offering economical services on the local level, ALDI has established the Business Resource Center (BRC), which, at the moment, employees six young and professional persons. Working on improvement of the local economical development and offering services, ALDI BRC practices daily cooperation with local governmental and private institutions that have the interest for local and regional economical development. 

ALDI BRC and the Cantonal Ministry of Economy of Canton Gorazde is in the process of encouraging development of private business and removing the barriers for development of business on the local level, which should, in its final phase, help to increase the employment rate and decrease the poverty rate in this Canton. In that process, ALDI BRC has identified that the business registration is one of the key barriers for opening new registered businesses in Gorazde Canton. 
 

The aim of this project is to create the measures that would decrease the time distance between the moment the registration request is submitted and the moment the micro and medium companies are really established. That is a project through which concrete solutions will be offered for clearly identified bureaucratic problems, which are related to registration of micro and medium companies (MSP) in Gorazde Canton. In order to provide easier implementation of the project, ALDI has obtained concrete kinds of support from the Cantonal Ministry of Economy and the Cantonal Court in Gorazde.

The action plan is a base for successful activity of the institutions that should support the economical development of the region.
The assortment of services, which would be part of this kind of project within its fourth phase and which would be directly supported by the Agency for Local Development Initiatives is:
 

• Advising about the choice of legal system for a company, introducing its advantages and disadvantages,

• Informing about the rights and obligations of the founder within specific legal systems of companies,

• Giving general information about procedure and conditions for court register entry, the register of valuable papers of the F BiH,

• Informing about necessary documentation for court register entry of the company, the register of valuable papers of the F BiH,

• Informing about deadlines that have to be respected when registering a company,

• Informing about rule of priority for court register entry, as well as about strategy for choosing an adequate name of the company and its influence on inadequate choice of the future positioning of the company,

• Assisting and taking direct responsibility for creation of internal legal acts of the company,

• Offering direct assistance in submitting the request for court register entry,

• Informing about legal sanction and disposition,

• nforming about damaging the unity of the market, loyal and disloyal concurrence,

• Direct procuration of interests of the business sector (contract procuration) at the institutions of the system that deal with company registration activities,

• Direct assistance for initiating procedure for legal liquidation and bankruptcy of the economic subject.

After the project is completed, the final result will be the One Stop Shop that would function within ALDI BRC. The personnel and operational expenses will be financed by ALDI. Establishing the system of legal and registration services, the conditions will be obtained for completing the set of services provided by ALDI, as an economical service center, to the business sector in this part of BiH.
